We welcomed the hot weather this month with a Spanish themed day & drinks complete with flags, fans and of course, Estrella.  Part of the day was a cupcake competition to raise money for Alzheimer's Society, where our team baked some amazing cakes decorated with all things Spain.

Rest assured, it's not all beers and cakes, we've posted some great documentaries this month too, like;
Britain's Next Air Disaster? Drones for BBC Two, Too Gay For God? for BBC One, Olafur Eliasson: Miracles of Rare Device for BBC One and Stacey Dooley: Face To Face With The Bounty Hunters for BBC Three.

Last week, we heard the exciting news that our Head of Picture Adam Dolniak has been shortlisted for the Excellence in Grading category at the inaugural Broadcast TECH Innovation Awards for his work on documentary
The Murder of Jill Dando.  If you missed this stand-out film then you can catch up now on BBC iPlayer.

Our tech team have also been hard at work designing and building a DaVinci Resolve Studio which has enabled us to become certified to deliver Dolby Vision. You can read more on that here

Last but certainly not least, this month's Employee of The Month is Kevin McDonald, our Head of Machine Room in Shoreditch, who has relentlessly supported and enabled some complicated deliveries with great intellect and dedication.  Well done Kev!
