This is not an easy time for any of us and we know that you will be adjusting to a different way of living.

Much like yourselves, we're closely following the impact that the coronavirus (COVID-19) is having on our industry, our local communities, and the small businesses within them.

We understand that many of you will be experiencing new and unexpected challenges during this difficult time and we're committed to providing our customers with as much support as possible in this period of uncertainty.

What Splice is doing:

 - High-resolution Video Streaming
 - Strict isolation for creatives and technical staff
 - Remote approvals via Splice Connect

We take the health and wellbeing of our staff seriously and, as such, the majority of our employees are now working from home so that they can continue to support you.

This means no change to our customer service operations. If you need support with your online, mix or grade our production team are ready to assist you.

Although we do expect big changes to your usual experience, please bear with us if we ask you to review in isolation or sign off a show remotely.

We've created a dedicated news feed on our website to provide you with updates and new ways of working.

We'll continue to monitor the situation and we will inform you of any changes or new developments to our service. In the meantime, if you need help with anything relating to your project, please don't hesitate to contact Richard or your producers. We're here for you!
