Splice is partnering with MAMA Youth!
We are proud to announce our partnership with the MAMA Youth Project. Here at Splice, we want to contribute to the changes required in our industry to make it more diverse and inclusive and there is no better leadership in this movement than MAMA Youth Project.
MAMA Youth Project recruits, trains and nurtures young people from under-represented backgrounds. Through training projects, they equip people with the skills and experience necessary to succeed in the TV and media industry.
At Splice, we wholeheartedly believe in the MAMA Youth Project and what they stand for and we admire the work they do. We have successfully recruited students who have completed Mama Youth Project programs but we are just starting. We look forward to a long relationship with MAMA youth and look forward to helping shape the long term future of our industry. A diverse and inclusive future where we continue to create the best content with a talent pool of incredible people from all backgrounds.
